Space Counselling Services seek to make a difference to the people of North Belfast and beyond by providing a caring, professional and confidential counselling service that will help people to be the best they can be.
We have substantial counselling experience working with both adults and children in therapeutic settings. Our approach is integrative and we draw on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural therapy to provide a tailor made approach for our clients.
We offer both short term work of six weeks for some clients and longer term work when required.
Space Counselling Services believe having a safe place and a supportive relationship to talk through issues helps clients to understand themselves better, work through difficulties and move forward with confidence. This in turn helps people to be the best they can be.

We provide counselling in a safe place for you to talk through your issues. This can help you feel more in control and better able to cope with your situation. We are here to listen and support you, not to give advice or tell you how you should feel and what you should do.
